Jostens, the leading college memorabilia provider in the United States, found itself losing market share in 2014. An image refresh was needed to help inspire the trust that Jostens would provide its B2B customers – and celebrating college students – with quality team championship and academic achievement products that would help them remember every moment that mattered.
To make an immediate trustworthy image impact, a new trade show booth was designed at a reasonable cost to demonstrate Jostens full service capabilities. The design of the booth needed to be functional while injecting pride and excitement into the marketplace.
The result: market share increased as new colleges and universities committed to Jostens to be their sole memorabilia provider. Jostens championship ring business grew 4% with the addition of new college teams identifying the company as their ring provider. Additionally, Jostens regalia business grew 3% through new account onboarding and innovative product introductions – helping administrators and students experience memorable graduation ceremonies.
